Since 1999, Newport Limousine Service, LLC, was founded in May of 1999 by Judith A. Berry, LCSW. Ms. Berry holds a masters degree and has worked in various professions including publishing, mental health, and counseling as well as previously owning a small business.
Our experience as previous limousine owners has given us a full appreciation of the complexities of establishing a good transportation business. Our subcontractors must meet all federal and state licensing requirements, including regional airport policies and procedures. Vehicles must have the necessary levels of vehicle damage and liability insurance, as well as participating in all state yearly inspection examinations. This requires a high standard of vehicle maintenance and repair, with safety issues of our passengers given the highest priority. All vehicle drivers must be licensed chauffeurs, have good driving records, present well-groomed professional appearance, as well as an ability to provide excellent customer service.
Dick Danner, driver of our Rolls Royces, is the perfect gentleman to have at your wedding. He has been chauffeuring Rolls Royces for 24 years, was an extra in the movie "True Lies," and appeared in a Ralph Lauren ad as well as in a trade magazine for Titleist, where he is the facilities manager. Last year, he chauffeured six women from Texas around Newport in the back seat of John Wayne's Rolls Royce and he even remembered the grey poupon.
Julie, proprietor and driver of the horse-drawn carriage for Newport Limousine,
has been supplying the Rhode Island community with horse drawn transportation
service since 1996. Julie, along with her husband Jack have been involved
with horses since 1985. At their farm, they keep and care for three Belgian
draft horses (Carol, Dinah and Minnie - pictured below) who are used to pull
the carriage.
 Julie and Jack, working as a team, make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for a bride on her wedding day, from the beautiful carriage to the right top hat from England that completes the coachmen's outfit.
Our consultants plan multi-car events, airport transportation, corporate events, special events, weddings, and tours of Newport. We only work with a few select companies that have proven their reliability, safety, and a high degree of customer satisfaction. This includes strict standards for vehicle maintenance, mechanical and meticulous attention to interiors and exteriors of the vehicles. Safety issues are given the highest priority.
In working with us on a corporate event, weddings, tours, or special night out, our customers have come to appreciate our prompt and clear communications. We strive to answer all e-mails within 24 hours and all phone calls are returned within 6 hours during the regular business week. We avoid lengthy phone menu prompts with touch-tone options, and long annoying hold times which seem to dominate most businesses in today's world. We also try to take the guesswork out of choosing the right limousine company for your event, as well as provide you some level added security with convenience in communication right up to the day of your event. For all weddings, we have detailed wedding contracts, download able from the web site, which detail times, locations, special instructions, and pricing. For all credit card transactions, we provide automated receipts delivered to your e-mail address. We respect your privacy and do not share your e-mail addresses with other businesses. We continually try to improve our business to meet the highest degree of customer satisfaction and to earn your trust.

I wanted to send a note to let you know how happy I was with Newport Limo Service. I booked a bachelorette party for Friday, March 26. The limo was beautiful! Our driver, Mike, was great!!

Tour of Newport, RI Judi:
On Thursday, May 22nd, my husband and I, along with 8 of our friends took a tour of Newport, RI that we had arranged through Newport Limousines Service.
We had a super time in spite of the rain. Our driver, Tom, was an excellent tour guide as well as a good driver. He made the tour fun and interesting. He was eager to please us and stopped for photo opportunities as well as souvenir shopping and ice cream!
