Our first priority in selecting our fleet
of vehicles is to work only with companies with good reputations
and history of reliability. That includes regular and preventative vehicle
maintenance, compliance with state and federal licensing requirements,
proper vehicle and liability insurance coverage, good and responsive
communication, and drivers with clean driving records as well
as good customer service. Drivers are required to have chauffeur's licenses
and to be dressed appropriately for the occasion, a dark suit or tuxedo,
as appropriate, and must present a professional appearance and
demeanor.
Our corporate, airport transportation
includes being met at the designated location by your driver,
previous exchange of cell numbers for ease in location of parties. Vehicles
will be late model sedans, vans, or limousines. Your vehicle should arrive
with bottled water and the daily newspaper in the vehicle. For
the business traveler's convenience, all customers using credit credit
payment transactions will receive electronic receipts to their email
addresses, so there is no delay to your expense report. For airport and
corporate transportation, all companies must have the required airport
permits for admission and parking.
Passenger safety is our first priority in this business. In selecting our fleet, we choose vehicles which have regular preventative maintenance and servicing. It is expected that the vehicle will be clean and meticulous, inside and out. We have a large selection of newer late model limousines and sedans, SUV limousines including Excursions, Navigators, Cadillac Escalades, limo and party buses, limo coaches, passenger vans. Our antique cars include Rolls Royces, Bentleys, and Packards. When selecting a speciality or vintage vehicle for a wedding or special occasion, it is suggested that you reserve a year ahead to make sure you get the vehicle of your choice.
