All Wedding transportation has a 3-4 hour minimum for all vehicles, with the exception
of 1-hour service for the antique Bentley or Packard starting at $395, plus gratuity. This service has to be at the end of the evening or after the reception. Certain off days are also eligible for this rate.

Our wedding planning consultants help brides and grooms sort out their best options for their unique wedding limousine planning. We plan wedding limousines for Newport, Providence, Rhode Island RI weddings, and Massachusetts MA weddings. You may choose among vintage Rolls Royces, Bentleys, Packard, horse-drawn carriages, classic stretch limousines, or larger Navigators, Cadillac Escalades, Hummers, Excursions, and limo coaches. We also have vans, coaches, and buses to shuttle wedding guests to and from the wedding and reception. Since we have previously been on the ownership side of limousines, we have the insights to find the wedding transportation you need to make sure your day goes perfectly.
Our chauffeurs must be licensed, personable, and professionally attired in black suits or tuxedos. All vehicles have the proper registrations and liability insurance as required in Rhode Island RI and Massachusetts MA.
For your wedding, check out the antique Rolls and the Bentley, our horse-drawn carriage, classic black or white stretch limousines in 6-8-10-14 passenger sizes on the Fleet page. We also have selections of larger Navigators, Cadillac Escalades, Hummers, and Excursions, as well as 18 to 28 passenger limo coaches, passenger buses (all shown on the Fleet page).
We can also work with you according to your budgeting requirements. Pricing and rates are not posted on the web site because of the variability of weddings, locations, hours, fuel charges, seasonal discounts, and dates. We do not claim to always have the lowest prices on vehicles, but emphasize quality of the vehicle, maintenance, licensing, insurance, and professional chauffeurs. However, many of our estimates are lower or very close to the going prices in the industry. Often we can work with your budget and make suggestions for lower cost alternatives. For couples with a small wedding party, often a luxury town car can be considerably less expensive than a limousine. If you are working on a tight budget, an older limousine that is kept in immaculate condition would be less expensive than a brand new 2007 stretch limousine. Another cost-saving option for the bride and groom is to have a late, after wedding reception pickup in a luxury town car, rather than have an antique or stretch limousine wait several hours through your wedding reception. We do suggest having at least one limousine available throughout the day, in case a guest needs to leave the reception early.
Often we also coordinate multi-car weddings with vehicles from different companies, since one limousine company does not have the wide variety of limousines, Rolls Royces, or horse-drawn carriage. We provide all the logistical planning for you with just one contract for transportation, so that you are not dealing with multiple companies on your wedding day.

Newport Historic Tours can be arranged by vintage car, limousine, van, or with advance notice, the horse-drawn carriage. Immerse them in a delightful day of Newport culture with a professionally trained, local tour guide. Walking tours are also available.
For your convenience, we can also plan the transportation for your rehearsal dinners, airport transportation for guests, as well as service for the bride and groom to the airport for their honeymoon.
