GUIDELINES FOR PLANNING WEDDING TRANSPORTATION

When to start planning:
Newport, Providence, and Boston have become some of the top wedding destinations in the country in recent years. If you are planning to book a specialty vintage vehicle, a trolley, party bus, or large motor coach or shuttle transportation, we recommend you start 12 months ahead of time to get the best selection of vehicles at the lowest cost. Quotes increase later in the season. Our trolleys sometimes sell out a year in advance.
Who to transport:
Transportation is usually provided for the bride and groom, and their wedding parties with the bridesmaids and groomsmen. It is your choice for the bride and groom or not to ride separately or together in their own limo. Groomsmen generally arrive at the church first. Often couples plan special transportation for parents and VIP guests and family members.
Wedding guest transportation:
Today more than ever, wedding couples are graciously providing guest transportation for their wedding guests, particularly if most of the guests are from out-of-town. This is greatly appreciated by the guests, who don't want to drive in unfamiliar areas at night, particularly after celebrating with a cocktail. They are able to relax without worrying about their designated driver. This also provides extra peace of mind for the families in knowing that their friends and relatives will get back to their hotels safely. Our most cost-effective options for large groups are the 54p. motor coach, the 44 p. hybrid coach, or 48p. school bus.
